Polina Popova, representing Sverdlovsk Oblast, was crowned Miss Russia 2017 and got the chance to wear one of the most expensive pageant crown estimated to be worth $1 million.Polina is set to represent the Russian Federation in both Miss Universe and Miss World pageants, if schedule will not conflict or she will not win the first pageant she will be competing.
The Miss Russia 2017 finale was held at at the concert hall of the Barvikha Luxury Village in Moscow, Russia. Aside from the crown and title, the Miss Russia 2017 winner also received a cash prize of 3 million rubles, a brand new car and the opportunity to represent Russia at Miss World and Miss Universe pageants.
Top favorite Ksenia Aleksandrova of Moscow, finished as the first runner-up. On the other hand, Albina Akhtyamova from the Republic of Bashkortostan is the second runner-up.
